If the order has not left our shipping facility yet
Contact us as soon as possible on the day of placing your order for the best chance of catching it before it leaves our shipping facility. We will cancel the entire order. A refund will be processed automatically. 

If the order has already left our shipping facility
Merchandise purchased at Bloomaker.com may be returned for a refund (less shipping & handling). Return the package to us as soon as possible. They are perishable live plants and they will start to grow if left in the box for too long. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
